Jim began his corporate aviation career 25 years ago with Conway Associates in jet aircraft sales, leasing and charter, eventually becoming company president. In the early 2000’s, Conway Associates acquired several Gulfstream II’s that Conway parted out. Subsequent partnerships with other companies led to acquiring additional Gulfstream II’s, G-III’s and G-IV’s for part out. The goal was to help Gulfstream owners and operators acquire needed spares for their legacy aircraft.
